I had been reviewing here for years before UT was even a gleam in someones eye. So, when I finally started UT, I tried just adding in all my BA ticks. That lasted about a half-hour. So, now I've got a system: small pours at bottle shares or fests, get ticked into UT, but not BA. New full pours go to both. Half pours, it depends on if I can get enough for a review I'm comfortable with, if so both, if not just UT.

For lack of a better word, I just don't take UT "serious". It's just fun ticking and goofing around. On UT, I give every beer a 4, unless it's really good, or really bad ( a 3 would be terrible, a 4.5 very excellent).

DANG, I’m amazed by the generosity of this group. Glad to hear your little guy is alright. It’s terrible as a parent to know there is something wrong with your kid and being clueless about how to deal with it

Glad little man is doing better. It’s always nerve racking as a parent to see your kid sick and having little power to do anything about it. They’re pretty damn resilient though. Congrats again on the birth of your son and I hope you enjoy your celebratory beer. Being a parent is the best thing in the world. Enjoy the ride.

 

Box shipped today and should arrive Thursday. I will be checking this thread and the package up until Thursday afternoon but Will be on my bachelor party and in N.C. where I rarely get cell service. Just an FYI so it doesn’t look like I went rogue!
