I guess Rooster Brew in Paris is now open, but with little fanfare. According to its very simple website they are open Thursdays, Friday's and Saturdays only. No listing of beers other than Hebrews Lenny RIPA and an Abita barrel aged beer which sounds interesting. No word on their own line up or if they are even ready with a line up. I'm going to to hit it up this weekend and will report back.
Found an article in the Paris newspaper that says their hours are 5pm-11pm on the three days. They will have four of their own beers, several guest taps and 12 bottled craft beers. It's located in the old downtown portion of Paris and it's a bright yellow building, that shouldn't be hard to miss.
Follow Ralph or Rooster on Facebook and you'll see all the updates. From photos, the place looks great. They are also selling bottles for take home - probably unique for Paris.
Went to Rooster last weekend and really enjoyed it. It's definitely a work in progress. They only had one of their own beers available but this weekend it should have several more. Sounds like they have much more in store.
