I feel like if they had groups line up in blocks of numbers it would help, numbers 1-20, then 21-40 etc...then just have people hand in tickets. Just a thought, I have no complaints

We’ve tried that in the past, no dice. As soon as we called the first group, the entire tasting room lined up.

God damn I'm pissed I had to work today. I would've gone just to see this.

Prima Materia is so good. Nice, pretty straightforward IPA with a soft orange marmalade thing going on. Little bit of subtle bitterness to even things out. I think I actually prefer this to the DIPA collab.

Prima Materia and the collab are both great. Prima is my fave between the two. My buddy went and gave me a can of each, still blown away that there are lines, and people cutting lines for more IPA's in this day and age...

Discourse...has improved. I wasn’t the hugest fan of my first can so I decided to give it a few weeks before I’d open another one and I’ve been rewarded for it. Danky, creamy orange and peach. Well done.

I’m drinking my last All Tomorrow Parties and it’s sick how good this ipa still is with the time it has on it. Still has that nice orange marmalade thing going on.

Glad to hear! Due to how aggressively I hop these beers, I find that they're best consumed within 1-1.5 months.

Anyone figure out the secret ingredient?

Maybe this will help? Two hops, one is South African. The grist is very similar to One-Dimensional Man, albeit slightly tweaked.

The “nomadic approach” collab is probably one of the three best IPAs I’ve ever had. I put it right there with headroom and very hazy for me. Fantastic. Had a friend drop a couple 4 packs off last night and this morning I drove to queens to grab another case. Unreal beer

    I’m glad you dig it!

I bet it’s the first and only collaboration that was brewed and cellared entirely by the guest brewer. The perks of working at the host brewers facility, I suppose! The beer is based on a recipe that Jeppe and I worked up together last year. We changed the hop bill slightly. Jeppe suggested the milk sugar, and I incorporated the coconut addition to complement the hop blend.

We have two more collaborations being released this month at Evil Twin that are also brewed and cellared entirely by me. The first is a recipe based on Even More Jesus, albeit without the smoked malt; an Imperial Stout conditioned on raw Guatemalan cacao nibs and orange zest. The second is a recipe that I formulated: a kettle sour that seeks to emulate the classic Painkiller.

Nice, can’t wait to try them both, especially the sour.

Also props to Evil Twin for awesome customer service, their responsiveness/ helpfulness to questions through Instagram etc... was so helpful and appreciated. Nowadays it’s also rare unfortunately.
