Thanks in advance for the help. I have time to hit one of these breweries next Wednesday. Any thoughts on which one I should go to would be much appreciated!

I am your stereotypical IPA/sour lover, but can definitely appreciate other styles.

Root Down and Stickman aren't that far from each other, hit them both. Free Will is more of drive from that area.

All 3 are good, so I would keep an eye on the taplists for what interests you. I am not a sour drinker but Free Will is highly regarded in that respect and has 4 on tap right now:

Root Down is the only one with a kitchen and regular menu if that make a difference to you.

The other 2 get food trucks some nights

Based only on beer I would say #1 Stickman, #2 Root Down and #3 Free Will. Root Down is the only one that Serves food, you can bring your own to the other two. Root Down is in Downtown Phoenixville so there are other breweries/restaurants you can walk to from there. Stickman and Free Will are on their own.

Free Will is the only of those three with a regular sour beer program and they make some decent IPAs too, but are better known for their sours. If you have a thirst for sours then I would recommend Free Will, but if you're more in the mood for IPAs (and other non-sour beers) then Stickman or Root Down is probably a better choice. Free Will is definitely the longest drive, but it's a relatively pleasant drive past forests, fields, and farms, now in particular as the leaves are changing colors.

Free Will you can also find throughout the area, Stickman you can walk in and get cans and bottles at their brewery without any hassle and Root Down doesn't package if you wanted to pop into Stickman and head to Root Down while finding a local bottle shop for some Free Will. Win, win, win.

Rood Down is starting to package, check out their Instagram account. I think Bine was their first canning.

Oh right on, I miss these things living in such a wealth of brewing riches.

I don't Jack, I just read it on their Instagram. I haven't been there in awhile so I haven't gotten to talk to Mike.
