Some new beers for the anniversary weekend. Both available on tap and to go.

    Juntos Pilsner - 5.2%
Darkness 11/11 - the anniversary beer. Dark sour. 3 different batches available. Definitely a unique beer tasting experience.

Dr. Jay was reformulated / refined and is now much more in the vein of a classic American IPA. If you get the 16oz cans you'll get this version. It has only recently made its way on tap. There is a big difference. They really F'ing nailed this. The body is much clearer and is a deeper bronze coloration. Super piney and resinous. I'd say it's everything the original batch was but better. The maltiness to hoppiness ratio is just much more if I were to compare it to the Vermont Staples. But those are high benchmarks. Still an excellent DIPA.

They also Barrel Aged Dark Necessities in the same barrels used to age their Cherry ales. It is available in bottles and on tap. Surprising amount of tart cherry, it almost overpowers the darker qualities of the imperial stout.
