Just got a bottle of this...batch 004x1...Im wondering when this particular batch was released...or in other words; how old is it at this point?
I believe that there is a bottle log on the RR website...info for yeast/bugs and brewing/bottling dates on their sour beers.

Cool...over 2 years since bottling...what a nice find at the store...now it just has to make it back home to my cellar in my suitcase
On a different note..... Drink that beer. I've had every batch of Consecration multiple times and at different ages. 2 years is pushing it on this beer IMO. But I actually prefer it fairly fresh. It's one of my favorite beers on the planet though. Enjoy.
