They'll whine until they don't have to wait in lines. And even then they'll find something else to whine about. Good to know that they're looking into expanding though after years of saying "nope".
They've always said that they wanted top pay off investors before any plans for expansion were made. They've done that and now can go forward. And yes, whiners will always whine.
