It's the best batch of Temptation at this point. Basically Temptation needs about 1.5 years in the bottle to get to the "brilliant" point, and batch 4 is in the sweet spot right now, plus it has the advantage of being a 750ml bottle which will theoretically prolong its glory. Value? Maybe about $50 of value, not sure what beer you could equate that to.
Just traded a JP Sobre + Cascade Blueberry for one. It is one of my favorite beers though. I've gone through 4 of the B4 750's in less than a year, and am opening up another this weekend. It is tasting utterly fantastic right now. [edit] Agree with JAXSON about letting it sit for a year or two. One of the better aging RR sours imo.
I'll IP you a MOAS. I think I have one left. (My spreadsheet says I do, that is! Also, my god, moving all this beer is going to be a nightmare...)
I offered one as part of a larger trade for Hill Farmstead growlers ($4$) and didn't get any bites. So perhaps that is an upper limit on its value.
In y'all's opinion would this land a Temptation Batch4: Cantillon brouscella grand cry 2007 (750ml) 3F golden blend (375) 3F Oude Gueuze 2010 (375ml)
