Not sure if there will be tons of this everywhere, but just picked up a bottle (bottled 6/14/14) at the Simi Valley Bevmo. $7.99. Cheers!

I assume there will be tons of this going around.

Can't wait for my local Costco to get a pallet or 2 of it at around $5.50 a bomber if it hasn't already.

For Stone I pretty much just hit up Costco unless it's something super special. Those prices can't be beat.

Re: Costco, have heard from three different locations in OC and LA that they cancelled orders of RuinTen. I don't know if it's related to all of the Grapefruit Slam sitting out for weeks, but I'd be shocked if that didn't have SOMETHING to do with it.

Hoping it's just a few locations and not all. But that's what I've heard from them (still managed to find plenty at Beverage Warehouse this morning, however).

I don't remember seeing the grapefruit slam as the Costco in Carlsbad. If they did it's been long gone, was there Monday and they had about 10 cases of Enjoy By left though.

It's here. Tapped a keg today, not super impressed with this batch. Pretty harsh and malty.

I'd be interested to know if Simi's Costco is getting RuinTen, otherwise I'll check out the Bevmo. Thanks OP!

Do you know where bottles can be found? Where are you located? Thanks

Thought I noticed a difference when I opened one of my bottles last night. Definitely tasted a little bit harsher than last year's.

Sad to say, but this continues to disappoint after the original batch. Last year wasn't nearly as good, and this year is worse than last.

I definitely thought last year's batch was significantly not as good as the initial release. I don't remember the first year being very malty at all. Disappointed to see that the taste is further declining.

still amazing when using it to make Stone's beer cheese soup.

I thought it was me, the first batch blew me away and while this one is good it's not the same.

    Same for knuckle sandwich.

This is one is actually quite horrible. Malty sticky sweet boozy mess. I poured it out after giving it a chance.

Really? That seems a bit extreme.

John, I have had this many times. This bottle was just not good. All I got was boozy maple syrup and heat. Bad bottle ? Don't know, just calling it as I see it. Love Stone, but I was very let down with this bottle.

    Cheers,

That's fair. I mean, everyone's welcome to their own opinion and tastebuds. But even if this wasn't as good as previous editions (yes, for the record, I'm a big RuinTen fan -- even this year's edition), we're drain-pouring? I'd find it hard to believe it's THAT bad it needs to be tossed. But again -- to each their own.

I am not going to drink anymore of it, why save it ?
