    I get it. I guess we all have our own standards for what qualifies as a "drain pour." Which is fine.

    No worries at all, man. Definitely don't take this conversation personally. If we all liked the same beer, that wouldn't be a great situation either.

    Last couple batches of this beer have been a disaster as an IPA. If it was called a barleywine it would make more sense. Not really sure what they are trying to accomplish with the beer, I guess it would be too hard of sell as another barleywine in their lineup.

    Bottles available everywhere in Humboldt. Just as awesome as previous years imo. No where near drain pour status, that's just ridiculous.

    The bottle I had suffered from off-flavors from fermentation. Lots of green apple.

    The bottle I had Saturday was delicious. Anyone know why bev mo in nor cal hasn't received ruinten yet?
