Ruination Clone – Hops Schedule Question

    It'll clear up once fermentation is finished. I've noticed a lot of mine look super cloudy during ferment because the yeasties are doing their thing, moving around in there. Once they settle down it should floc out nicely. Did you use English ale yeast? My starter is looking promising

    Yeah, WLP002, as recommended in the recipe. I overbuilt my starter this time to have some extra kicking around, in case I want to brew another of the Stone clones in the near future. I really need to start crashing and decanting my starters, though, it wound up adding a not-insignificant amount of volume to the fermenter when I poured the starter beer in.
