Anyone seen any bottles pop up? I've made a few calls and no one has any idea what I'm talking about.

So, I haven't called yet, but the Stone Rep says it should be coming in this weekend and make it to shelves by like Monday. However, I know that stores have different delivery schedules. I can never remember PP's but theirs is either Tuesday or Thursday. Frisco's will be tapping it sometime between the 21st and 30th. Max's should get it too. They are both participating in Stone's Most Bitter Bar Challenge, but neither place has any information about it up on their sites. Where have you called? PP and Wine Source are definitely getting it, most likely.

i'll drop an update when it comes to Jason's(which means other stores will probably have it too.) i asked the owner and he says, "if it's coming to Md, we'll be getting it." in the meantime, if you need an IPA fix we got a case of MBC Lunch.

Pinehurst Wine Shoppe had 3 cases last night. As good as the original.

Just picked up 2 bottles of RuinTen at Cindy's in Elkridge. $7.99. I saw at least 8-10 more bottles on the shelf at 2:00. Now get some!

Very nice price. I just picked up a bottle this evening (I had forgotten that it was essentially the same beer as the 10th anniversary beer), and it was only a buck cheaper here in Portland than what you had to pay scraff.

Have to give some credit to Stone as well. Unlike some other breweries I could name, their price to the wholesale distributor seems to be roughly the same everywhere, no matter where they're located.

I got it for $8.50 at Wine Source (I was in the area, going to Artifact's Union Graze). Yet to open it though.

And if you buy beer on Wednesday's at Cindy's, it's always an additional 10% off! Makes the Perfect Pour prices look even more redookilis than they already are.

I called Beltway last Thursday and the guy sounded like he had no idea what I was talking about when I asked about it, but I went anyway, and it looks like they only got one case.

this might not be the right place to discuss, but any opinions? certainly a big-in your face complex beer, but it really wasn't my thing.

I did not like it on draft, tough to finish.

I was a little disappointed. Just dank, slightly onion-y, and a little grassy. I would like some citrus in there to balance it out.

Agreed. I've had it out of the bottle and on tap, and I've had the recent batch and the original (have also had it on both sides of the country), and thought the same thing. Not a bad beer, but I don't plan to order it again (it's all over the place here in Eugene.... on tap and in bottle).

Each to their own of course, but I confess I really don't understand the fuss over this beer.
