What is 408-831?

 

408 area code-South Bay, 831 area code-Monterey Bay.

 

My understanding is that it won't hit the San Diego area for another week.
Edt: I had no ideas what his numbers meant.

 

Stone employees (at least some of them) each got a case that they could pick up as of at least yesterday. Otherwise it doesn't see distribution until Monday, the 17th.

Not like it was staring you in the face or anything.

 

Yeah...I saw people posting pictures drinking RuinTen, but it has been mentioned that the distributor may have made a mistake releasing them before the 17th.

 

Man, looks like this batch of Ruin Ten will go quick. A week out and already peeps are posting like they have it. I'm sure some do. Kinda like the latest album thats to come out a week from now and everybody's downloading it already. Limits will probably be one to two I'm guessing.

 

The "831" could still mean any number of things. I was just trying to help.

 

Big lines at the company stores next Monday, I imagine.

 

Can you help me find some Pivo Pils in 619-213-323? 760-858 would be ideal, but I haven't seen it around there.

 

I can't wait to download beer.

 

My cousin in Chico sent me a picture of a bottle he had so it's out in some places for whatever reason.

I hope you guys are wrong on the limits and difficulty of obtaining this, there was tons of Ruination 10th Anniversary when it came out.

 

yes. tons were available. but once everyone figured out it was liquid gold it was gone in like 60 seconds. I think after i opened the first of two bottles I went back to look for more and it was gone.
now has stone said that they are gonna keep putting this Ruin 10 out like Enjoy By? or is this going to be a once or twice a year thing?

 

After my first bottle or two I was able to head back to the store and grab some for a few more days, then it disappeared in a hurry.

Also the Full Pint has this quote from Stone:
“There is no doubt that this beer is one of our fan favorites, and one of our own team’s favorites, too. After brewing it last year to commemorate Stone Ruination IPA’s 10th anniversary, we really had no plans to bring it back. But our vocal fans and even our own team made us realize that we should! As for the future, haven’t decided yet.”

 

I hope they keep bringing it back like every quarter or twice a year. Between my trips to Alpine, Kern & Beachwood, I can get Enjoy By and Ruin Ten and a few others I am set for the year. Don't need much anything else. Oh yeah and my home brew of ipa's.

 

I got a case from the Total Wines in Folsom on Friday

 

I haven't checked all the usual stores but I haven't seen any in the 408 or heard about it on shelves yet.
