Rushing Duck (2018)

One of my favorite breweries, but I wish I could get up there way more than I do. Such a diverse lineup and everything is super flavorful. Great place and I would love it if they started canning!

 

I love these guys. I honestly don't think I've had a bad beer from them yet. Super fun place to pop in and have a pint while filling a growler.

 

Looking forward to finally making it up there this friday. Can someone provide info on any restrictions they may have on the types of growlers they fill?

 

My last trip they filled everything I had - the tall 1L Kane flip top, the grenade style screw cap, the 32 oz flip top. I don't think they have ever said no to a growler in any of my trips. Enjoy the visit - love (and miss) that place.

 

Finally had a beer from this brewery, Divided by Zero (growler fill from Cable Beverages). Awesome!

Looked on their FB page (https://www.facebook.com/RushingDuck/?fref=ts) and seems they are releasing cans this weekend. May need to make a trip up...well, hope I can!

%0 is a fantastic beer either way, but good to hear batches vary purposely as I thought it tasted different each time I had it.

 

Great beer, great brewery. Wish I was going up there this weekend. Soon...

 

Did anyone have the first batch of Divided by Zero cans? Trying to decide if I want to trek up there.

 

I did and they were really good. I was hoping for some War Elephant this go around, but more %0 is still good. I want Beanhead in tallboy cans too!

 

Showed up at noon and bought a case!

 

I don't suppose there's any chance cans will last til Sunday. I haven't been to a release there yet so curious how quickly they tend to blow through their stock.

 

I showed up at noon and I would say there was 10-15 people there between 11:55-12:10. Not a circus at all. I have no idea how much they can as most everyone was buying 1-2 cases.

Most beers I've had by them have been pretty damn good. Like others said, a hidden gem.

Grabbed a case around 5pm...pretty packed. About 25+ people. This beer is tasting great!

 

Was there about the same time, guy behind the bar said they have plenty of cases left. Drinking one now, closest beer I've ever had to Heady Topper. Really good!

 

Definitely worth the visit. They usually have a large lineup on tap and in my opinion they are just as good as my Jersey faves Kane and Carton.
