Yeah- I heard great things about the Naysayer, too. Will have to try it soon.

The War Elephant is a mother of a beer. Very much like a big Hop Stoopid with elements of Maximus and Sucks thrown in there. Wow! I don't know about anybody else, but I'm filling my growlers every week until it's gone. Very worth the wait for me.

War Elephant and Coffee Porter are both pretty awesome.

Can't wait to try the beers. Is the brewery open to the public yet for pop-ins? If so is it growler fills only (also any samples)?
Let's see, more questions...will you be bottling any time in the near future? And most importantly when is the barrel-aged barleywine coming out and how can I get some??

    Thanks in advance!

Sorry for the late reply, I'm not on the forums too much. Benz is right we do have tour/samples/growlers hours every Sat from 12-5. To answer the rest of your questions...Bottling is in the works. We will be doing 750ml bottles for the occasional special release beer. The first of which will probably be the bourbon barrel barleywine that you mentioned. That'll be in early 2013. In the mean time we are going to be debuting our Winter seasonal RIS, Ded Moroz, in a couple weeks http://beeradvocate.com/events/info/58310. That will be a draft only beer for now, but I'm hoping to get at least some Ded Moroz into bottles before spring. And finally, no we do not have Bolt Cutter, but if you do, I will gladly take it off your hands haha.

Thanks so much Dan, really looking forward to trying your stuff. And that was a little inside joke about Bolt Cutter directed at Benz! Seems like there's plenty of sitting around though. If you really do need a bottle drop a BM!
