    I brew with WLP007 at 65-66 degrees all the time with no issues. Keep in mind your fermentation temps will be higher.

    Yea thats true, I guess I misunderstood the question. What I meant was that fusels are something that you taste after the beer is bottled. A 'fusel bomb' is caused by hot fermentation, but it doesn't really show up until you drink it.

    Fusels (higher alcohols) are formed fairly early in the fermentation. If you have them, your beer will be as hot as it will get early on.

    The point I was trying to make was that a 'fusel bomb' is not a mess you clean up on your ceiling, its something you taste in your final product (or if you taste as you go I guess). Admittedly, that wasn't very clear.
