Haha, was just gonna ask this, nobody in our group got notification. So super curious if they sending them out

 

I received a notification and a receipt for the transaction was emailed to me.

 

Just received an email. Nos are getting notified too

 

I got in as well. My buddy and I are splitting the membership

 

My wife got a denial email and so did my friend so those went out at least 30 mins ago to them.

 

Congrats to those who got in, just got the "not chosen" email. Till next year!

Congrats to those Californians that randomly got in. hopefully not a bunch of people in other states that will be searching for a proxy after the fact.
The silver lining was I saved $500.

I got in, which is surprising since they opened it up to a larger group of people with shipping in CA.

 

We got two already. The second was way worse.

A friend of mine won the lottery and read me that second email.. I think there’s a no zero chance RRBC reads that and decides to cancel the whole membership program...”sorry everyone, we’ve made a terrible mistake and are refunding credit cards effective immediately”

 

Wait, so RRBC sent out an email with everyone's name in the clear and then someone replied all with a less than appropriate response? What did it say?

 

Gist of it was that the guy is excited for member only access to things like fruited sours and DDH younger plus collabs with the likes of HF & SP (all just guesses on his part). And that RRBC should set-up a member only Facebook group and that once the Facebook group is set-up the members can help guide the brewery to make the beers they want. Didn’t seem malicious, just very tone deaf...

 

My other favorite part was the hope of a Toppling Goliath collab.

 

That was an unfortunate email from the local legend.

 

So the guy that commented is a local legend??

 

Not malicious, but not tone deaf either IMO, just fucking clueless and presumptuous. Vinnie needs no "guidance", least of all from someone who doesn't understand RR and what they are about. DDH Younger? Isn't it already DDH?
