Just moved to Austin Texas from NC. I am surprised to see some beers that I thought were only for the gods..... such as the Dogfish 120. What other beers can I get here that were not in NC? Is Russian River available in Texas? Pliny? Will I still be able to find Bells out here?

No Michigan beers here and it kills me because I moved from Michigan to Austin 3 years ago. Thankfully my Dad ships beer to me often. His recent shipment was a case of Backwoods Bastard and 12 BCBS.

F you guys from out of state getting to move to Austin! Jealous. Lived in DFW my whole life and still haven't figured out how to move there. Hope you appreciate the greatness to which you now have at your disposal! The available beers have been thoroughly covered in previous posts.

I love it fresh but yes, it is great with age. I was home for thanksgiving and have 2 boxes that I beat home with a great selection. I can hook you up with a bottle for aging just BM me.

I actively discourage people from moving to Austin. It's not ... working!
