    I got there at 830 assuming the line would be moving at that point. Waited til about noon and saw that I wasn't even close to halfway n left. 6+ hours in a line that they claimed they were ready for. This isn't their first rodeo wtf!

    There us about 30 people in line. They are going to stop selling when the line ends and then start again tomorrow. They had a lot left.

    Fair enough.

    However, does anyone realistically believe that Russian River is equipped to do BPT pickups in a logical and orderly fashion? Considering their track record with logistics and planning, it's a safe bet that they'd find some way to make it painfully inefficient, all while saying "who could have ever seen this coming?!?" Unless/until they fundamentally rethink how they do releases, they're pretty much guaranteed to be a shitshow.

    This is true. They've been saying if anything is left over next day it indeed does go inside for sale in the pub.
