I was wondering the same thing when I heard how much was left. Maybe she meant to say 600 cases originally?

 

I think they mean 250 allocations. I was ~500 in line and there were 200-300 behind us so that would make sense that there would be 250 allocations left.

 

So in the original post they said "cases" as "cases" and then today "cases" as of "allocations"? The math is right, but I just don't feel it. On the other hand if it was just a hype driving stunt, why even bother, aren't they hyped up enough?
(To be clear: I am not complaining about getting/not getting any bottles, I just like the businesses to be transparent and I'm just curious what happened there)

 

250 allocations would be 125 cases (assuming each allocation is 6 bottles), so math isn't right if 500 cases is the total production. I believe 250 cases is 250 cases. They said 500 cases available, then said 250 cases is 1/3 of total production. Math doesn't add up, keyword is TOTAL production. Which means 750 cases worth of beer was made, while 500 total cases were bottled, and I am assuming 250 cases went into kegs? Unless they think 125 X 3 = 500? Math is hard

 

To be fair, they said "more than a third of our total production" but yeah. The math is still a little off.
