    Hopfather is coming back. It is now listed on the coming soon section of the board at the pub.

    Anybody know of how long it usually lasts on tap? I want to plan a trip up with the homies.

    My favorite RR beer. I'll be perched at the bar for hours when this is released. Bottle share anyone? Lol

    Can't remember how long it was on...the last time it was on...seems so long ago.

    I'm going to try to be there the week it's released if y'all plan on making the trek.

    Wow I was so disappointed when they didn't make this last go around. Absolutely love this beer. One of my all-time favorite ipas.

    If you have any further info Mike on when it is being put on tap drop me a line and we can meet and up hoist a few.

    It's been awhile, but it seems like it hung around for a bit last time. Who knows if the production will be the same or not. Hopefully it will stay longe than More Cowbell did.

    The fact that there's a thread on BA about HopFather should make it disappear much more quickly than in the past. Not saying this thread is a bad thing, just saying. I'm looking at a trip up there in the near future, hope I run into it!

    They have released it two times and both times it has lasted right around two weeks. It usually arrives during the first week of August and has coincided with the Bistro IPA festival which is 8/4 this year.

    Bistro is in Hayward correct? Same people who host the DIPA fest? I had no idea about ipa fest!

    Is that info available on their website? Before the redesign that info was on the calendar months ahead of time, I've been worried I'm going to miss it for a while now...

    #1 -bals fest, #2 DIPA Fest, #3 IPA Fest...although not all equal, all worth any length of drive.

    They're like Toronado, in that they don't go out of their way to promo much. The Bisto usually throws a small ad in the Celebrator, which is where I normally catch their info.

    Wow, before posting I even checked and didn't see it there. Thanks for the heads up, I'll have to be checking that regularly for the others. I definitely liked it better when the dates were set at the beginning of the year.

    It was Nov 12th last year.
