What's the point of adding another location right next to the other one? Why not SF or Denver where they send a ton of their beer.

    The place sounds nice though.

Relieve peak pressure on Santa Rosa location which is sometimes heavy enough that it causes local problems with other folks living/working there in peak periods because of traffic, lines, rowdy customers, etc..

Easily share personnel for training purposes, easy of communication and filling in if someone calls in sick.

Ease of trasport of supplies, etc. between the two locations.

Create a tour experience that is better structured and less disruptine than what currently happes at Santa Rosa, etc.

Allows the owners to maintain direct quality control standards for the experience created.

so overdue. Should have expanded 5 years ago when they had the IPA world by the balls.

That's a shockingly big chunk of land in the middle of the city. I wonder why it hadn't already been developed. It's also right next door to a solid winery, so maybe we'll see some new barrel-aged stuff.

So if the new place has about the same brewing capacity as Santa Rosa and enables them to eventually close down and sell off the old location, have they really expanded?

Oh, I was thinking you guys were talking about RR having like a brew pub in PA....which they don't. But yes, their beers can be found on tap in Philly.

Kegs and bottles all over Philly, they distribute there. I don't live there so can't tell you the best spots but I know Russian River is there.

I am not aware if Russian River is available statewide but it is available in Southeastern PA (Philly area). The hoppy beers (Pliny the Elder, Blind Pig) are only available on draft.

Damnation is available on draft and bottles.

Beers like Supplication, Consecration,... are available in bottles.

    Cheers!
