Quick question: are the beers listed as on tap on the RR website available for growler sales? Also, are the bottles listed in the bottles for sale section on the site available for to go purchase as well?

Shout out to the fascist mods who deleted my post from last night because "Russian River Question" was too vague of a title and putting it in the beer talk forum was apparently not acceptable either. When did BA become so douchey about their forums?

Growlers for left side of the board only, 8% and under. All bottles are available to go except the vintage stuff.

I think because your question could of been solved by calling RR.

I got my answer from a helpful BA. Can't see how that would justify it as being vague or in the wrong forum. It was actually quite specific. Thanks for the insight, though.

Congrats, I'm sure calling the mods "fascist" and "douchey" is going to be of great help to you in the future.

They don't always remove sold out bottles from board/website. I was there recently and they were out of Blind Pig bottles though I wouldn't have known that except when asking

I have not been very recently now that they get so crowded most of the time, but used to go frequently and often get non-sour growler fills from the right side of the board as well, so things like Defenestration, Erudition, Perdition, Damnation, or Redemption may be available for growler fills too.

I have gone to RR a few times never thought about getting a growler of anything other than Pliny or Blind Pig. You have opened my mind to so many other possiblities.

You might be right. I think I was just told that they didn't do fills on the Belgian side and honestly have never considered getting a growler of something like Damnation. I know for sure you can't get any sours nor anything over 8%, though.

They do all of the Belgians to go with the exception of the sours. They do fills of stuff higher than 8%. I've had fills of Shadow of a Doubt, Salvation, and Mortification. Usually also won't do OVL Stout but I've seen it done for a guy making a dessert that required a stout.

Ah, 8% is the pitcher rule! Oh well. Sorry for the misinformation, but really who gives a shit?

I saw that! Silicon Valley is hilarious and apparently they have good taste in beer, too.
