    In particular,

    Sanctification batches 4 & 5

    Temptation batch 4

    Consecration batch 3x1

    How are these holding up?

Sanct b4 is nice. It was fruity and tasted like funky cotton candy which i enjoyed. Batch 5 was too dry and plain and i preferred the fresher b6.
Tempt b4 is great right now kinda sad my last one is gone.

I have a temptation B3 that will be poured tomorrow night. I noticed a layer of something at the neck of the bottle. I hope I didn't sit on this one too long. I wish they would go back to this old bottle style.

Temptation batch 4 is amazing. Can't speak to the others from memory.

Sanctification 4 and 5 are both drinking exceptionally. 3 is starting to fall off, which is sad, as it was my favorite batch (and the last to use other bugs).

Temptation 4 is probably peaking. It's fantastic right now.

Consecration 3x1, 2 of the last three bottles I've had have been off, with the worst one having developed something of a ketchup flavor. It's too bad , because that was the beer, when fresh, that made me fall in love with sours. In all honesty, of my three recent batch 3 bottles I drank, I don't remember which bottling condition (the second number) they were.

On a related note, does anyone have an updated link to the Russian River batch spreadsheet (the one that used to list each bottled batch, along with type of conditioning yeast and tasting notes)? I poked around their website recently and couldn't find it.

Does anyone have feedback on the different Temptation b4 bottles? With 5 different bottling dates and 4 different combos, I'm curious about differences. I'm fairly certain the bottle a buddy just sent me was 004x4.

I've never paid any attention to the bottling numbers.

You have to put it in your cellar.

Flavor wise I mean does it get more sour or do other characteristics come through?

depends, loads of variables that vary per bottle, brewery, style, etc... could become more sour, dry, fall apart, new flavors emerge. it REALLY depends
