To the L.A folks....any places to pick up some Russian River product in the Hollywood and/or Santa Monica area? Visiting from East Coast. Thx
You're going to be chasing a dragon for days. Most places get it on Tuesdays/Thursdays. And again, it's spotty at best. Want to try some and not trade it away? Father's Office in Santa Monica always has it on tap. As does Mohawk Bend, Tony's Dart's Away. Blue Palms in Hollywood. There's really no consistent answer to this question as we get it so infrequently

I get my RR on my lunch break Wednesdays at Wally's. I would say it is there maybe 40% of the time. A lot of times it is best to call and they will hold it for you. Surly Goat in West Hollywood also gets it, but check the website to see if it is on tap
RR isn't just sitting on shelves, and there's no guarantee for bottles at specific times. Why not try some of the great local beers instead of chasing RR?

Rent a car and drive up to Russian River brewery, that'll be your best bet. 6hr drive to Santa Rosa, CA worth the trip. They have it Pliny on tap a few places in LA but bottles are very hard finds down here. Usually once a month with limit 2 per person on Pliny. Southern California rarely gets the sours, we just got Supplication in LA last week for the first time this whole year and it sold out everywhere in a few hours.
Philly gets Pliny on draft, but no bottles. It sounds like he would like to get some bottles. PA is a big state and if 717 is the OP's area code, he could be anywhere from an hour to three hours away from Philly, which is the only city in Penn to get RR. - Joe
According to their website there are a slew of bottle shops that are stated to receive RR distro, not all in Philly either.
