This is what I did. Not exactly expected but works I think. Partial mash:
    -6lb 2 row 41%
    -3.3lb Golden Light LME 22%
    -2lb golden light DME 14%
    -2lb Rye malt 14%
-.5lb Special B 3% (at least 2oz is a staple in almost all my beers)
    -.5lb Midnight Wheat
    -.5lb Caramel 40L
    -2oz Nugget at 60min
    -2oz Saaz US at 15min
    -2oz Saaz at 5min
-Yeast Wyeast 1275 Thames Valley Ale
    Mash temp: 158
    Mash time: 60min
    Predicted OG: 1080
    Actual OG: 1.082
    FG: 1.018
    SRM 30
    Standard IBUs: 79
    Modified IBUS: 68
    5.25 gal batch
    per Brecipher.

The Saaz was a last minute substitution. Can't remember the original hop I picked. But the Nugget was low AA as well so increased that an oz to get the IBUs I was looking for and was still a little high. Was shooting for for a strong dark malty yet earthy hoppy beer. The kind of beer I love. This was perfect IMHO. I have yet to share it with others, but I know at least two people who will love it too (I hope).
