Here is what i'm planning on brewing this coming up weekend. Just dont quite have an idea of where the hops should go. Im wanting a citrus flavor. Any comments on this?

    10lb 2row
    2lb rye malt
    2lb dark munich
    .5lb caramunich III

    OG 1077

    1oz cascade 60
    1oz cascade 30
    1oz nugget 15
    2oz citra dry hop

I'd probably use columbus for the 60 minute addition and centennial for the 30 minute addition. I'd also move the 30 minute addition to 25 minutes and move the 15 minute addition to 5 minutes if it was my brew and I wanted to boost the citrus. The second cascade addition will give you a sweeter flavor (candied grapefruit) compared to a more bitter and citrusy grapefruit flavor provided by the centennial. Moving the 30 minute addition to 25 minutes will give you slightly less bitterness and slightly more hop flavor from my experience. Moving the 15 minute addition to 5 minutes will give you a better aroma from my experience. If you want an even more powerful aroma, in lieu of the 5 minute addition you could chill your beer down to 120F and add it at that point as a flameout addition.
