So, I don't know about anyone else, but it seems a bit early to me for a release of SA Sailing Santa. I mean, it's only been just over a week since Pumpkinator came out. Some of the seasonals seem to be coming out earlier and earlier. If anyone is looking for this year's SA Sailing Santa in Dallas, Spec's just got some in.

I wasn't sure if they were making it this year.. I prefer just the regular SA Christmas or Elissa over the two mixed.

Now maybe they should do a Super Sailing Santa where it's Christmas and Endeavour mixed...

Check the date, it may be last year's release. I'm still sitting on about two cases.

I'll ask my beer guy at Spec's. He's very on top of things. He said they sold out of last year's batch in March. He said today that it was a new batch, but I'll double check.

There is still a lot of last years at the Burleson HEB. I wasn't too crazy about it

I think Screaming Santa would be a great name for this blend!

Good to know. Saw it at HEB the other day, and almost bit, but I'd rather wait for 2012

If you pick up last years batch... then you already have it aged!

A single-IPA blended with a Christmas Ale that's been sitting on a shelf for a year... sounds like something you give to your enemies.

Serious question... is ANYONE in the D/F "dubb" really looking for Sailing Santa... fresh OR vintage? LOL! This should be OUR "NewRelease" thread...

the pre-bottled Sailing Santa cracks me up everytime, much less the people who buy it.

If that's the case, don't kill the messenger. I didn't know if anyone was interested in getting it, but it appears that this isn't something that anyone is looking forward to seeing on the shelves.

Y'all really need to have words with your distributors about this. Those jackholes are doing this intentionally, and it's going to damage your product's image.
