I never knew anyone came to York on and errand?! We’re there all summer at our beach cottage and still run the errands at home in Portsmouth.


But off season, that’s just bold!

I had a Caprese panini at Part & Parcel last time I was in the area and, while a tad tomato heavy, was excellent.

I will also report that a 50/50 mix of Pale and Dark makes a nice cuvée, but 75 pale/25 dark is the better move. I’d even suggest a full pour of the Pale and a quarter of the Dark if you have a big enough glass. I support you experimenting with this.
