    That's too bad! I heard Cantu on an episode of the podcast, Strange Brews. Very creative guy with a passion for food and craft beer.

    Yeah, his Salvador Dali-themed meal at iNG was one of the coolest, most innovative things I've ever experienced. And delicious.

    Such a shame for him and his family, and a great loss for the Chicago culinary world.
