Hi, I'm relatively new to brewing and just looking for some advice please. I brewed an elderflower beer using S04 yeast. OG was 1060 and FG (3 consecutive readings) was 1014 in primary. I then moved to secondary and added 25g dried elderflower which had been sanitised by steeping in boiling water. This has been in secondary for 4 days. My secondary air lock has been bubbling on and off and the gravity has possibly dropped to 1013. Just wanted to make sure it was safe to bottle and could the elderflower be causing any further fermentation? Any advice would be great fully appreciated. Thanks. Iain.

I don't know much about Elderflower, but I doubt there a was much, if any, sugar in it. Sometimes secondaries can bubble a little just because the beer got stirred up a little during transfer. Sometimes they can bubble due to changes in temperature/pressure. To be extra safe, you could take another gravity reading 2 or 3 days after that last 1.013 reading. If it hasn't moved, you're good.
