Just moved into a rental for the next couple of months and my drinking throne will not have a decent kitchen sink near me. So here are my worries:

First question: Is it ok to just drink different beers without rinsing the glass or am I ruining any potential for the next beer to taste good?

Second question: The only sink I have on the floor is a new utility faucet/sink set up which is really clean. I assume I am ok with rinsing my beer glasses as long as I know what type of water I am actually running in the house?

I'm new to the beer hobby as you can tell so any insight/opinion is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The water coming from the utility sink is the same as the water coming from the kitchen sink.
If you're that worried about it, get a gallon jug of spring or RO water from the grocery store to keep down there for rinsing.
FWIW, I only worry about rinsing if I am changing styles, and usually only from dark to lighter colored, or between styles with strong flavors - IPA to Stout, for example. And I only rinse when I remember to do so. A few drops of beer in a glass isn't going to affect the new beer in any appreciable way.
