I can't recall exactly but this also might have been before Tyson was there. This was between 2009 and 2010. I stopped drinking it at that point. MANY friends and people I've talked to have said the same thing, so I know I'm not crazy. However they still went through it like crazy so the regulars seemed to think it was good...

Do you think they will have Coors on tap at the brewery soon?

I don't see why not. They need water to rinse/clean out the serving glass.

Because sometimes the Blonde Ale is simply too much.

Mosaic will continue to be brewed in small batches just as it was throughout this year.

I thought their latest DIPA batch was very good. I would keep buying their DIPA, Mosaic and Pale Ale.

Thanks for clearing that up. Consistently one of the best IPAs out there on the shelves.

Eh, my feelings haven't really changed -- Yiga and Kim are great brewers, and so long as the beer stays tasting great, I'll keep drinking it. Glad to hear the Mosaic will keep getting made, though I think I love the regular DIPA even more.

Don't they have the rinsing/cleaning solution in the other beers besides Mosaic?

Picked up a fresh bottle this week and thought the DIPA was on point, actually it was one of the better batches I've had.

    Cheers……..

Just kinda my own update here.... Bought like 4 bombers of St Archer double and all were sub par (from different shops). Not old per se, but lacking that crazy flavor of previous batches. Seems like either 1. Quality control 2. Company mailing it in.

Just kinda bummed. That 22 oz bomber was consistently one of he best west coast ipas regularly available. Now it consistently tastes like a C+ version of that.

Bizzare, Just had two more fresh bottles and they were delicious, juicy soft and crushable, makes me wonder. The last release of Mosaic was really good too.

    Cheers…...

Craft beer is HOT right now obviously. I wouldn't be surprised to see similar craft start ups with some VC funding wrapping themselves around some sort of lifestyle thing like St Archer did. Grow the brand/image and then sell to one of the big boys. It reminds me of the internet pump and dump of the 90's. But as long as they hire quality guys to make quality beer I guess its all good.
