That's the thing though. Rockwell is buying and selling more St Arnold than many places that receive BB's just for having a designated tap that may go through 4-6 kegs a year.

I don't think you're right. I am sure that St Arnolds actually looks at sales numbers before they decide where to distribute the beer. It is their prerogative, and their beer.

Highly doubtful, esp if SA reasoning was it had to have a designated tap (not sales). Rockwell sales the shit out of SA. But yeah we're just beer geeks behind a computer...

I don't know all the facts, as I've already said.

And my experience is extremely limited, having only been to Rockwell like five times, and never more frequent than a month apart.

But I've never seen any Saint Arnold offering on tap at Rockwell. Ever.

I go to Rockwell toooooo much hahah I live 5 minutes away and frequent it. They have SA on tap quite often. I just never get it hah! But seriously, I'm not missing that they won't have BB6 or DR's. Who gives a hoot.

It is also some of the finest dirt around. Imported from dirt rich regions of Mexico I hear.

Apparently no one looks in the Rockwell cooler when they walk in...plenty of SA in bottles. Last SA I had on tap there was the Fresh Hop.

I work at a bar in houston. Breweries keep track of all beer sold. It's known as CEs, case equivalents. So it sounds like Rockwell didn't sell enough kegs/cases.

as you said in a later post, you don't buy the SA when it's on tap at Rockwell. When it comes down to it, it's the customers of Rockwell's fault for not getting BB6.

I know places in Austin that I rarely see SA on tap at that got BB.

    Just saying...

Yeah like Nate said, we don't have all the facts. Just a tweet and some here. I'd like to know whether it was truly based on a designated tap or sales. Except for Pumpkinator and BB's, I avoid St. Arnold altogether. I don't mind being a customer at fault here, their beer is average at best.

Clearly, Rockwell's facebook/twitter is attacking the wrong people. They need to turn this around and blame the consumer.

Seriously, businesses need to take lessons from the successful places. Raise prices, lie, and #befriendly. Everyone will love you.
