Why attack the consumer when St. Arnold's beer sucks? Attack SA. Time does pass by, and so do breweries who just don't make the cut.....

It was $10 at Billy's. I think they have 2 or 3 SA taps all the time. I'm sure that Draught House got some BB6...it's been awhile since I've been there but I don't remember them having more than 1 SA tap.

Seriously man? If SA sucks so much then why have you spent 3 pages ranting about not being able to get BB6 at your local spot??

Hey that's happily ranting to you flamer! But seriously, that's how you've taken it man. I've been saying I could care less! SA blows and would be getting in the way of Rockwell's better taps if it were designated.

SA's beer does not blow. Do they have average beers? Yep. Who doesn't? They have a beer you obviously wanted and didn't get at your favorite bar. It happens.

You're clearly bitter. Going on and on and on and on and on and... it'll get you no where. Calling someone a "flamer", well that's just sad.

Nope not bitter, glad Rockwell stuck up for themselves instead of designating SA on tap just to get their special releases. Like I said, I could care less if BB is at Rockwell. Its just the designated argument that gets me. No worries though. :stuck_out_tongue: I'm done *drops mike because nobody's listening* :stuck_out_tongue:

On the flamer, you don't see his avatar?

Threads like this remind me why I went to lurking. Hopefully I helped spread some info on the thought process behind some bars pricing before this became a total s show.

So besides bitching about this release does anyone have the skinny on if this beer will get made again, perhaps in a different barrel? I thought the blend of BB#1 and BB#6 together was simply outstanding...a BBA Pumpkinator would be the tits.

Please stop saying you could care less. If you could care less, then do it. We all agree you could care a lot less, it seems as if you care quite a bit. If on the other hand, you are trying to say you could NOT care less, please say that. Saying that phrase incorrectly is obviously a huge pet peeve of mine.

I'm sure you'll find out more info on the BB series in a couple of months. Please dont step back into the shadows of lurkerville. You're needed.

Is there any place that still has these to go in Austin?

Go wait in line for the next over hyped Jester King release then. To many breweries in Texas right now, and you are free to choose which ones you want to support. Anyway, Saint Arnold absolutely positively does not suck.

I know of a ton of bars that rotate taps, and don't 100% always carry Saint Arnold. Which do get the "special releases." There has to be more to the story that we are not getting. Or there was just really not enough for the bar. To me, what Rockwell has said does not make any sense. It sucks that your favorite bar does not get any, for whatever reason. Though I think it is childish that said bar decides to whine about this on social media.

That is what I was thinking... Nobi gets in plenty of Saint Arnold beer.. but I've been there plenty of times when there wasn't any on tap... now they always have bottles in the cooler though.. that probably counts for something..

Aside from Endeavour, SA's regular lineup is very meh and I wouldn't blame any serious craft beer bar for not wasting a tap on it.

Also, it seems like Saint Arnold special releases are a lot easier to come by in Louisiana.
