Lol, that's a pot and kettle argument. King hoarder calling out someone.

In his defense, he had a valid point.

If hookem had tried the beer, known it was meh, and then gone through a few times to get more then that's dumb. If hookem hadn't tried it but felt the need to get a few bottles in case it was good knowing that he'd never have a chance to get it again then, no, the point doesn't hold. I actually don't have strong opinions about hoarders I just find it funny when they accuse each other of hoarding.

Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeh was my notes on it. Was a decent beer, but for the price? I'm fine if I never have it again.

I wouldn't recommend drinking Pumpkinator straight out of the fridge either. Just relax and let BB6, Pumpkinator and DR9 warm to 55+ degrees before consuming.

This thread encompasses just about every negative stereotype there is of the craft beer scene: hoarding, "calling out" of hoarders, hype, anti-hype, etc.

Good for a laugh for sure.

I'll probably pass on this unless I stumble upon it, doesn't seem worth going hunting for.

Yes I was. Went through once. Tried a second but they ran out. Overhyped does not equal bad for me. I think its awesome and want a few bottles. It was just a bit crazy today for me...

I know and agree. Doesn't mean I'm patient enough to not sip it while it warms up...

it's stupid to call something overhyped when you're aboard the hypetrain.

Overhype / hype and hoarding are two very different things.

FYI, I discussed posts of this nature with Todd.

At this point, he's fine with spreadsheets of this nature (yay!). The OP providing the link is responsible for content of the link, so please don't screw with them/desroy them/render them useless.

These kinds of *shouldn't* get deleted going forward unless the links go off the rails. If they do get deleted, we'll try to be better about letting you know *why*. You can always ask.

Update to Rockwell Tavern's BB6....or not....
    "
We will let you know if anything changes but at this moment we are being bullied by Saint Arnold to designate a tap to their beer at all times to be able to get special releases. We have always rotated our taps and will continue to do so and will not be pressured to change just to be on the "A" list that they control. We do have some people on the distribution side trying to help us out and if we somehow are able to get any BB6 we will post immediately.
