I was given two bottles of Brasserie DuPont Les Bons Voeux. Its 9.5% ABV so i was thinking about possibly cellaring one. Do saison's age well? Is it even worth it or should i just enjoy them asap?

I like that beer fresh (in terms of release). I've had a few bottles with a year plus on them and it seems a much more muted beer.

The hops will fade with time and as leedorham said, get somewhat muted. I'd still take an aged Avec over a lot of saisons but if you have it to enjoy fresh I would.

Usually Saisons are best when they are fresh.

The only exception, IMO, is any saison with Brett. I prefer those aged at least a year or two but that's just me.

Edit: I realize you said "usually", just posting this for OP.

FWIW - my local bottle shop (bottlecraft in San Diego) included that in a recent release of their monthly beer club. It was a number of selections chosen by "Dr. Bill" at Stone Brewing. His comments:

I ended up getting another bottle from a friend, so I'm probably going to drink one soon, and age the other.
