Saison Brett vertical

    Anybody tried any Saison Brett pre - 2010 or 11 lately? I'm gearing up for a vertical for next year and was just curious as to what's going on with the earlier batches. I'm gonna do a 2011-2014 vertical next year.

    A 2008 kept refrigerated the entire time was great a few months ago. A 2009 that had been in someones basement was shell of its former glory.

    I have finally come to the conclusion that I prefer this beer fresh when the dry hopping is still strong.
