Saison du Buff

    I am a huge fan of Stone's collaboration beers. In fact, I'm enjoying the TBA at the moment. Has anyone seen the recent Saison in Austin?

    While Stone has stated it will be distributed in Texas, there has been no label approval for this beer, either in kegs or bottles. Keep an eye on my label approval thread as I am a HUGE Stone fan. Generally once it is approved, Stone gets their beer out rather quick to TX distributors.

    No label approval, no beer.

    Hmmm... I looked over labels again using the terms "Stone," "Saison," and "Buff" and it's nowhere to be found. Guessing they're sitting on it right now and label approval is pending. Good find though.

    I've had this one before at the Rehoboth Beach pub and think it is worth trying, but not hoarding. It's got big herbals and a huge rosemary undertone. It's enjoyable, but not something I could drink multiple bottles.
