Hey, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with aging this beer long-term? Thanks!

I never have but I don't think I would want to. I don't think the nice spicy delicate flavors would enhance with cellaring.

    I have aged bottles of
    Avec Les Bons Voeux

for over a year and must say they were still amazing''
Not sure how the Saison would hold up but I would put one back .

Picked up a few bottles of what I thought was 2012 but instead they were 2011. Definitely seemed to be missing the crispness that makes it so enjoyable. I like it fresh.

Honestly, I'm so gunshy about those clear green glass bottles that I'm reluctant to even buy them off the store shelves, much less try aging them further.

I have had some experience accidently aging Saison Dupont.... Don't do it!
The beer is great fresh, very good with a year, still drinkable with a year and a half. After two years the beer is a shadow of its former self, not very good.
