Hoping to consolidate all info on saison dupont here, though i'm not sure if I should expect there to be much. Does anyone have experience with putting away and of the Dupont's labels? I'm especially interested in The Bons Voeux since my local retail store is about to put them out in mags. Do they get too dirty? Lose too much? Or do they just get awesome?

I think that you would be fine aging the normal Dupont. For the Bon Voeux, I would either drink it fresh or wait longer than normal Dupont. I find it a bit hoppier than normal, so I think that extended aging would be needed to let that drop out fully.

Only have experience with regular, normal saison dupont. Have had a few bottles that were about a yea and a half-two years old and nome have been as good as fresh saison dupont. Curious about the bons veoux too as I have a bottle as well.

I don't have much of Dupont in my cellar, but I remember a year ago we opened a Bons Voeux of about 2.5 years old, it was incredibly good although the hops were nearly gone. A few months ago we opened one from the same batch and we poured it into the sink.
