Hennepin or Glimmerglass from Ommegang, Saison Dupont (the gold standard for saisons), Allagash Saison, Le Merle from North Coast, Sofie from GI, Red Barn Ale or Carnevale from The Lost Abbey. The list goes on and on. The style is ubiquitous now and the offerings are seemingly never ending. I'm currently fond of the Brett spiked farmhouse ales being produced now. They seem to have so much more character and stand up to cellaring better with the funky yeast added. Saison's and Farmhouse ales are still my favorite style.

I would second the Hill Farmstead shelf saisons, Arthur, Anna, Florence, Clara (grisette)
The peak of domestic saisons, and price point of (retail) $10
Wide distribution Hennepin and Allagash are very nice
    Enjoy your exploration

It's amusing to see two Minnesotans discuss Fantôme Saison, since it's not distributed here. Even when the Shelton Brothers portfolio was available in MN, I only ever saw Hiver, Printemps, and Chocolat.

But whatever. When it's good, Fantôme Saison is not merely good. It's other-worldly.

I'm a homebrewer with a Saison pipeline that doesn't run out. I have tried various different yeast strains but really enjoy the finished product of Brett saison yeast the best. I'm not the biggest fan of the overpowering banana and cloves that most Belgian saisons are known for, but I will brew and/or drink just about any saison. Wild yeasts also make some amazing saisons (as should be expected because of the nature of the style). A Saison I brewed with a wild yeast collected from nectarines has been one of the more popular brews for my friends. As far as abv, I like most of the saisons I brew to be below or around 5%, but a higher gravity saison is nice on occasion as well. As with most craft beer, the flavor and aroma of some saisons can change as they warm up in the glass...I prefer them very cold when it heats up, but otherwise I enjoy the changes as it warms as much as the other guy.

I'm a big fan of Wicked Weed Brett saisons but will try just about any saison.

Cuvée Des Jonquilles is a bit of a hybrid. Grab it by the cart full, it's fantastic
