I’m about to head to Denver for a non beer trip(it won’t be beer focused and only spending a weekend). The only two places that I have in mind that are a must visit is our mutual friend and bierstadt. Is there any place/bottle shop that has remarkable saison?

Fellow Saison lover, if you're at OMF, you might as well walk a block over to Ratio and try their King of Carrot Flowers. Other than that Bruz makes some fantastic classic Saisons. Diebolt usually has a couple on with more of a French style. Trve can really knock it out of the park with their Saisons too.

If you're in the RiNo area already hit up Mr. B's (or any of their locations) for a good selection. I'd recommend Casey's and Funkwerks as to-go options. I'm not sure how you move threads, but you might get more traction in the Mountain forms.

...King of Carrot Flowers is a unique saison...I bought a sixer based on a recommendation by the owner of Weber Street Liquors in Colorado Springs (he's a wine guy by nature but really loved the beer...

...I like the beer for its uniqueness...it's certainly quite drinkable...very, er, carrot-y and orange-y...

...OP: if your brief travels in Denver expose you to River North's 'Double J. Marie', billed as an 'Extreme Imperial Saison'...supposedly ages gracefully for many years...personally, I liked this other unique saison more than KOCF...

There's always the Crooked Stave taproom. It's off by itself, but it's actually super close to downtown and River North. If you're into sour saisons (vs. the more spicy saccharomyces type), they should have some items that'll hit the spot. Both bottles and draft. Casey's saisons are along those lines, too.
