    If you feel you need to do something else, you can blend some extracts. Doing 2/3 pilsen lme and 1/3 wheat lme, would fit the style. Mayble even 1/3 pils, 1/3 wheat, and 1/3 munich to get a little maltiness in there to stand up to the hops. Play around with doing a late addition of extract even. Lots of ways to play around with just extract.

    I did a saison/IPA thing with all saphir hops a few years ago and it turned out very nice. Noble/continental hops work much better than American hops with saison yeasts to my tastes. If my memory serves, it was all pilsner extract and some sugar. Dry hopped as well, with 12 oz total of hops for 5 gallons.
