Here's the rundown: I have some Crystal, Liberty, and Mt. Hood hops to use up, I want to really get a feel for the Mangrove Jack's Belgian Ale yeast to see if it is a better option to Belle Saison as a dry yeast, and I don't want to get too bored when drinking the results, seeing as those hops are sisters and fairly similar. So I devised this maltbill for use:

80% Golden Promise (cause it's my jawns)
    20% other
    OG ~1.050

Other being either Weyermann Munich II, Dark Wheat, or rye malt.

    Hopping will be:
    1.5oz FO
    1oz 10min
    FWH to ~30IBUs

I was planning on the following pairings:

    Crystal and Munich II
Mt. Hood and Dark Wheat malt
    Liberty and Rye malt

Who has used these hops before or done something similar? Does this sound good? Hops so similar it won't matter? Better way to pair them up? I know this isn't the most scientific way to go about this, but its a way for me to have 3 discernibly different beers instead of 3 so close you'd have to be told they're different beers. Any feedback is welcome. Thanks.
