Saison Rue

    It will be fine. I don't have specific experience with aging this beer specifically, but most unfiltered red saisons do develop over time in a fairly interesting way. Side Project Saison de Rouge is my reference point for this.

    I had one with 1.5 years on it and I didn't enjoy it nearly as much as fresh. Fresh, it's one of my favorite saisons. Aged, a shell of its former self.
