Saisons: how to pronounce?

    If you thought you liked the silent n at the end of 'saison,' try pronouncing 'boudin.' That has always been super difficult for anyone not from/spent a substantial period of time in LA (in my opinion). Took my Cajun/creole/redbone Indian/coonass wife years to get me to pronounce correctly. I still have to think about it.
