We're excited to announce that the first kegs from our Nitro Project series are hitting the Greater Boston area THIS WEEK! Kegs of Samuel Adams Nitro White Ale will be tapped and cascading in pint glasses across the city on Thursday, January 14.
You may have tried a few stouts on nitro, but our brewers have been experimenting with nitrogenating different beer styles. As you take your first sip of this frothy, pale brew you'll enjoy a creamy mouth-feel that is synonymous with nitro, and a smooth velvety taste that blends perfectly into the light wheat character and hints of orange. The brew finishes with an undercurrent of peppery spice that we think can help make you forget all about the cold winter outside. This beer is proof that nitrogen can truly be the missing 5th ingredient of beer.

We hope to see you out on Thursday night to welcome the Nitro Project to Boston and be sure to tag your Twitter and Instagram photos using #NitroLaunchBoston...we'll select one random winner and reward them with a new pair of skis!

Coffee Stout ... I'm all for that. Not sure about the other two, hope to find some and report back.

An Allagash White on nitro sounds pretty good.

I'll try all three. Not sure I'll like anything other than the coffee stout, but I'll give it a whirl. Their Rebel Raw wasn't bad so this could be a step further in the right direction.

I hope to make it to Cagneys in Quincy tomorrow night. Over the last month Cagneys has had some really great beers on tap including Lunch, GI BCS, Founders breakfast stout and they alway seem to have Be Hoppy on tap.

After the event at Cagneys there is an Ipswich tap takeover, I'll be there too!
