Any events worth going to? More or less, anyone know anything about this event in particular: http://www.sanantoniobeerweek.com/2014-events/2014/3/20/opening-ceremonies#sthash.vZBgwoRP.dpbs
FWIW, here's the thread from last year: http://www.beeradvocate.com/community/threads/san-antonio-beer-week-opening-ceremonies.89099/ I'd be more interested in RealTail 3: http://www.sanantoniobeerweek.com/2014-events/2014/5/17/realtail-3
We had the opening ceremonies at Branchline last year and it was an awesome time. Every brewery in SA and the surrounding areas were their with beers. Definitely worth checking it out at Ranger Creek this year. Would hit up the Sweet and Sour Soiree, as there will be some sours from local breweries that you probably won't get to try anywhere else. Also will be some Jester King Beers there as well. http://www.sanantoniobeerweek.com/2014-events/2014/5/11/sweet-and-sour-soiree#sthash.TxkBxqec.dpbs There are tons of good events going on over the week that are worth checking out. We will have the closing ceremonies at Branchline this year with beer from all SA and surrounding area brewers as well!
