San Antonio Bottle Share

    Hello BAs. Would anyone in the San Antonio area be interested in setting up a bottle share, most likely July 11/12, at a local BYOB joint? Some friends and I have some stuff from California, Colorado, as well as some of Jester King's recent releases that we'd like to share with fellow San Antonio beer enthusiasts. We are thinking Boardwalk on Bulverde, but nothing is set in stone now. Just trying to gauge interest.

    It's weird that we don't get these sort of threads for San Antonians more often. I'd be up for this if I wasn't heading to NOLA that weekend.

    We need to get these going though..

    If it's in the afternoon I'm down. It's hard to plan around my work schedule right now, it's pretty lame.

    We used to. But every time I would post about having a bottle share there would be a lot of interest but only the regular people would show up. So it just became easier for everyone to text and set up something at a BAs house instead.

    This is a great idea. I got something going on the evening of the 11th but otherwise would be available. My son would probably attend as well.

    Big Hops is pretty chill with bottle shares.

    Update: I'm working with another BA to set up a bottle share at Big Hops Huebner on the 12th. I'll update the thread when it's official.

    UPDATE: it's official - Saturday, 7/12 at Big Hops Huebner. I'll be there around 8 pm. Looking forward to meet other San Antonio BAs
